Erica Miller, LPC

Therapist

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling and Clinical Psychology. With a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life’s challenges, I work with teens and adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief and loss. As an LGBTQIA+ affirming clinician, I foster an inclusive and respectful therapeutic space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported in their unique identities.

In addition to clinical expertise, I bring a personal understanding of the military community as the spouse of a 20-year veteran. This experience informs a sensitive and informed approach to the unique stressors faced by military families and service members. I also hold a strong passion for social justice and believe in addressing the broader systemic factors that impact mental health and well-being.

Blending evidence-based techniques with empathy and authenticity, I aim to empower clients to reconnect with their strengths, build resilience, and move toward healing. Whether you are coping with current stressors or working through long-standing patterns, I offer a grounded and nonjudgmental space for growth and transformation.

Shelby Fielder, LMSW

Therapist

Hi, I'm Shelby! I am a fully licensed Social Worker with areas of focus in depression, anxiety, trauma, life changes/adjustments, and substance use disorders. Life brings many challenges we do not always expect, nor can we always be expected to successfully handle them alone; during these times it's important to have support in your corner. I find it most rewarding to see clients grow in their confidence and feel empowered to create the changes they desire.

In my practice I work with adults, utilizing a strength based approach because I truly believe that anyone who wishes to create change in their life can do so. Along with my strength based approach you can expect evidenced based practices from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. I find this effective in fostering a safe environment for you to reflect on and process your life experiences, while developing strategies to cope with the symptoms you're facing. If you are interested in working together towards improving your mental health I would love to connect.
