LMSW, She/Her/Hers

Hi, I’m Natalie — a clinical social worker and therapist with over 15 years of experience helping people navigate life’s most challenging chapters with honesty, compassion, and practical support.

I know that stress, burnout, and big transitions can leave even the strongest people feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. In our work together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and find steady, realistic ways to manage anxiety, rebuild balance, and move forward with more clarity.

My approach blends a trauma-informed lens with evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies. At the same time, I show up in a grounded, person-centered, down-to-earth way. I’m warm and compassionate — but also direct when it matters because you deserve someone who can be real with you.

Whether you’re adjusting to life within or after service, navigating burnout in a high-pressure career, or working to heal and reorient after a major life event, my goal is to help you feel supported, capable, and more connected to yourself. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” — it’s about reconnecting with your resilience, strength, and sense of self, even when life feels heavy.

I specialize in supporting first responders, veterans and their families, professionals under pressure, and people rebuilding after significant life challenges.
