Kristen Boike

LPC, She/Her/Hers

I work with people who feel disconnected, uncertain about their direction, or stuck going through the motions of daily life. Therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, and begin making sense of what you want and need moving forward. I offer a supportive, steady environment where you can explore these questions at your own pace and reconnect with a stronger sense of purpose and self-understanding.

I bring over ten years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults from a wide range of backgrounds. I support clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and bereavement, relationship concerns, personality-related challenges, bipolar disorder, anger, and major life transitions. I also work with concerns related to parenting, career exploration, work stress, and work–life balance, and I offer Christian counseling for clients who wish to integrate faith into their therapeutic work.

My approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Gestalt-informed techniques. I focus on helping you build practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and self-awareness while staying centered on your goals and values.
