Erica Miller

LPC, She/Her/Hers

I am a compassionate, dedicated therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling and Clinical Psychology, and I am committed to supporting people through the challenges that shape their lives. I work with teens and adults who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship stress. As an LGBTQIA+ affirming clinician, I create an inclusive and respectful space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported in your identity.

As the spouse of a twenty-year veteran, I also bring a personal understanding of military life. This experience helps me better support service members, veterans, and military families as they face unique stressors, transitions, and emotional demands. I care deeply about social justice and the larger systems that influence mental health and overall well-being.

In my work, I blend evidence-based approaches with empathy, curiosity, and authenticity. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, build resilience, and move toward meaningful healing. Whether you are coping with current stress or working through long-standing patterns, I offer a grounded and nonjudgmental space for growth.

I work with women age 18 and older.
