I’m so glad you’re here and that you took the first step in finding a therapist to help you navigate the complexities of life! Life can be hectic and overwhelming, and when you’re struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, and child rearing, these overwhelming feelings can make your life feel unmanageable. I’m here to let you know that there is help available for dealing with these struggles, and you don’t have to carry these issues alone. I encourage you to call me for a free phone consultation.

I believe that healing is not just about moving past the pain, but about integrating your experiences in a way that allows you to reclaim your sense of self and agency. The goal of therapy is not only to alleviate your suffering but to help you thrive beyond your past traumas and current difficulties.

What if you could break free from the patterns that hold you back, confront the ghosts of your past, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships—with yourself and others? What if you could rewrite your story and reclaim control over your life?

Shelby Fielder, LMSW

Therapist

Hi, I'm Shelby! I am a fully licensed Social Worker with areas of focus in depression, anxiety, trauma, life changes/adjustments, and substance use disorders. Life brings many challenges we do not always expect, nor can we always be expected to successfully handle them alone; during these times it's important to have support in your corner. I find it most rewarding to see clients grow in their confidence and feel empowered to create the changes they desire.

In my practice I work with adults, utilizing a strength based approach because I truly believe that anyone who wishes to create change in their life can do so. Along with my strength based approach you can expect evidenced based practices from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. I find this effective in fostering a safe environment for you to reflect on and process your life experiences, while developing strategies to cope with the symptoms you're facing. If you are interested in working together towards improving your mental health I would love to connect.
