LMSW, She/Her/Hers

I aim to create a steady, welcoming space where you can catch your breath, reflect, and explore what you need to feel more grounded. Life can feel demanding, and having someone truly listen can help you make sense of what you are experiencing. My goal is to offer support that is compassionate, steady, and nonjudgmental as you move toward feeling more connected to yourself.

My approach is strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I tailor my work to each individual because everyone’s needs and stories are different. I have experience supporting preteens, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, identity concerns, and major life transitions. I also have experience working with the LGBTQIA community. I often incorporate visualizations, mindfulness, and meditation to help clients build tools for emotional regulation and reconnect with their inner resilience.

Together we can develop skills that help your days feel lighter and more manageable. You do not have to do this alone, and I look forward to supporting your healing journey.
