Megan Hardy

LPC, She/Her/Hers

Being human can be hard, and my goal is to make the process a little less overwhelming. Finding the right therapist is an important first step, and I want you to have a clear sense of who I am and how I work. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am committed to creating an affirming space where identity is respected and celebrated.

I have worked with clients navigating trauma, identity development, ADHD, depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment concerns, and Borderline Personality Disorder. My background includes extensive experience as a behavioral specialist and social emotional educator in public schools, as well as crisis case management in community mental health settings. I have supported individuals from a wide range of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds and value the diversity each client brings to the room.

My therapeutic approach blends Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I aim to create an environment that is empathetic, direct, relaxed, and personal. You can expect collaboration, steady support, and space to build coping skills and confidence as you move forward.

I work with adults age 18 and older.
