Lynn Leschuk
LLMSW, She/Her/Hers
I am an empowerment-focused social worker who believes healing grows in a safe, positive, and caring environment. I take a team-based approach to therapy, and I work alongside clients so they feel supported, understood, and encouraged throughout the process.
My background includes extensive work in inpatient and partial hospitalization programs, where I developed strong skills in crisis support and group therapy. I work with adults and couples, and my areas of focus include grief and bereavement, trauma, relationship concerns, Borderline Personality Disorder, Mood Disorders, and complex life transitions. I have completed formal training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and continue to invest in ongoing education to better serve the people I work with.
I see therapy as a partnership. We are in this together, and I look forward to supporting you as you move toward steadier footing and meaningful growth.
I work with adults 18 and older, families, and couples.
